He is an Assistant Research Scientist for the Center for Imaging Science, Institute for Computational Medicine, and The CardioVascular Research Grid at The Johns Hopkins University. The title of his talk will be 'Identifying structural and functional remodeling in cardiovascular disease using computational anatomy'.
In this presentation, Siamak will "briefly present some of the imaging-based computational anatomy tools that can be used to study shape and function variation in cardiac disease.
