The title of the talk is 'Automated Extraction of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Findings from Clinical Reports: The Promise, the Challenges, and Ideas for the Future'.
In this talk, Wendy and David will offer a short tutorial on Natural Language Processing (NLP), describe challenges in applying NLP to clinical text, and propose possible solutions to these challenges in order to facilitate improved patient care through secondary use of patient data.
