The CVRG has released an updated version of the ECG Ontology developed as part of the NCBO Driving Biomedical Project. The updated ontology can be found in the NCBO Bioportal.
Users are encouraged to review and comment on the ECG Ontology using the notes feature of Bioportal. A movie illustrating how to access the NCBO Bioportal, and how to use the notes feature of bioportal is available. The ontology may also be downloaded and viewed using Protégé.
